For our Casual and Premium members we offer friendly support through Forum, accessible from members area, as well as direct contact through email. Beside that every theme and template comes with an in depth help file.
Yes, inside members area you'll find options to do that. You'll be able to choose between another 6 months or 1 year membership that will than be automatically added when your current membership expire!
WordPress Themes are built on the WordPress Content Management System (CMS) and therefore can be used only inside Wordpress CMS.
Website Templates on the other hand CANNOT be installed in Wordpress. They are edited using text editors. Html/CSS knowledge is required.
There is nothing to cancel really. As the time you paid for expire your membership will be canceled automatically. You'll than be able to login as a free member but won`t be able to access our products or get updates. You can continue using already downloaded themes and templates forever. You can also upgrade to paid membership any time you want inside your account.
We work on new Themes and Templates all the time and we have tempo of delivering from 1-2 new products every month. That means that Premium Membership gets you access to at least 12 new products in addition to existing ones.
At this time we offer our products inside these membership options only. Our Casual and Premium options are tailored to get you awsome value for your money. In fact on some other marketplaces you would be able to get maybe 1 theme or template for the price of our Premium Membership.
