10. Additional Page Templates

Page templates offer different layout options that can be used to create pages. Within these layouts you can add all kinds of content into the editor or even use a page builder plugin to further enhance layout options.

Beside 7 main templates (front, about, involved, splash, woocommerce and basic template) that we explained in other sections this theme includes 6 additional page templates you can use.

 

10.1 Grid Template

This page displays a grid of the child pages created for this page. It's perfect for Projects, Team, or Services type pages.

• Create or edit a page, and assign it Grid Template in Page Attributes.
• The Grid Page Template displays all child pages of the page in a nicely styled grid. Learn more about creating sub-pages (or child pages).
• Each grid item consists of the featured image, title, and a content excerpt from each sub-page.

 

10.2 Full Width Template

This page template removes the sidebar, giving your content plenty of space to spread out!

To make use of this template create or edit a page, and assign it the Full Width Template in Page Attributes.

 

10.3 Full Width Boxed Template

This page template removes the sidebar but the content stays in the box!

To make use of this template create or edit a page, and assign it the Full Width Boxed Template in Page Attributes.

 

10.4 Default Template

This is the default look for pages, with the content on the left and a sidebar on the right.

To make use of this template create or edit a page, and assign it the Default Template template in Page Attributes.

 

10.5 Boxed with Sidebar Template

This is the default look for pages, with the content on the left and a sidebar on the right. However, here the top featured image stays in the box.

To make use of this template create or edit a page, and assign it the Boxed With Sidebar Template template in Page Attributes.

 

10.6 Right Content No Sidebar

This page template displays your content in a similar format to the blog, with the entry title to the left and the content on the right. This page template does not include the sidebar.
